Erin Panaccio is an exceptional realtor.  We bought our first home thanks to her professionalism, sharp eye, and negotiating skills.  Searching for a home in this particular job market with a pandemic going on was difficult – houses were often gone the first day they went on the market.  Erin always responded quickly to our messages and we can’t express how important that was for making sure we didn’t miss any potential houses and during the negotiation process.  Perhaps unlike some home hunters, we were open to quite a variety of house sizes, fixer uppers, and even land.  This could have made it difficult to locate potential finds for us, but Erin knew exactly what we were looking for and her knowledge of the greater Philly area was so helpful in narrowing down our options.  We often encountered people who weren’t forthright or a house that was overpriced, but Erin’s experience as an appraiser was invaluable and she saved us from several bad deals.  She always listened to us and had our best interests in mind so we knew we could trust her advice.  Her experience with flipping houses was also helpful in reimagining spaces so that we weren’t shortsighted in noticing a house’s potential.  Thanks to Erin, we were able to move into our first home at the beginning of the new year and cannot thank her enough for all the hard work she put into helping us achieve our dream home!

In January of 2020 my husband and I decided to sell our home in Media, Pa. We asked Erin to help us with this process as we were not sure how to go about anything. Erin gave us a fair value of our home and helped us figure out the best way to present our home for sale. Selling your home is a stressful process and Erin was beyond patient with all our constant questions. To make matters even more complicated, Covid hit just as we were planning on closing the sale of our old home. No one could have prepared us for what to expect as things started to shut down. Erin always seemed to have a solution up her sleeve. She set everything up outdoors in a safe manner. We managed to not only sell our home but we also bought a new home in a global pandemic and it was all thanks to her! I don’t know anyone else who could have done this as effectively and efficiently as Erin. She’s the best!
