Erin Eisenhower opened Eisenhower Property Appraisals LLC (previously EP Appraisals) in 2017. Erin has been in the real estate and appraisal business since 2006. She earned a bachelor's degree in finance from Widener University, winning awards for highest GPA in finance and business management curriculums. Erin is a licensed real estate salesperson as well, which allows for unique perspectives in the real estate market. Erin is hard-working, ethical and works with integrity at the forefront. She strives to provide the best appraisal reports possible. She prides herself on accurate appraisals delivered with quick turn times and top-notch communication.
James Tweedy
Licensed Real Estate Appraiser Trainee
James Tweedy has been licensed since 2021 working with multiple supervisory appraisers to gain his hours to become a certified residential appraiser. Jim has acquired well over 2500 hours of experience, as well as 300+ hours of coursework. Jim has experience working in a busy real estate appraisal office, as well as prior experience in customer service and sales. Jim is eager to keep learning and has ventured into real estate investing as well. Jim also has experience in the real estate title business and will be getting his real estate sales license as well.
